1. Client Onboarding & Requirements Gathering
The project begins with an initial consultation, where we align on the client’s objectives, gather creative requirements, and, if necessary, sign an NDA. We define the scope, budget, timeline, and expected deliverables, then collect references such as brand guidelines, mood boards, or sample assets. A dedicated project lead is then assigned to manage the engagement.
2. Proposal & Agreement
Following the intake, we prepare a formal Scope of Work (SOW) and a detailed quotation. Once the client approves the scope and timeline, we finalize the agreement through a signed contract and collect a down payment if applicable. This step ensures mutual clarity and alignment before production begins.
3. Conceptualization
With the foundation in place, the creative team develops the initial direction through internal briefings and, where relevant, market or visual research. Mood boards, visual frames, or rough sketches are presented to the client for initial feedback and style alignment. This ensures both parties are aligned creatively before full-scale production.
4. Design / Asset Production
Upon approval of the direction, we proceed with asset production in structured phases. Depending on the project, this may include stages such as sketching, rendering, coloring, or 3D modeling and texturing. We conduct internal reviews and provide milestone updates to the client for ongoing visibility and feedback.
5. Feedback & Revisions
Client feedback is integrated throughout the project via scheduled review rounds. We follow a controlled revision structure as agreed upon in the contract to manage expectations and timelines. Final refinements are completed upon client approval of the core assets.
6. Final Delivery
Once all assets are approved, we prepare the final deliverables in the required formats and resolutions. Files are neatly organized into folders (e.g., source files, exports, final assets) and delivered through the client’s preferred platform. The final invoice is issued at this stage, completing the payment process.
7. Post-Project Support (Optional)
As an added value, we offer optional post-project support, which may include minor revisions, template guidance, or technical handoff assistance. We may also explore opportunities for long-term partnerships or retainers and request permission to feature the project in our portfolio or marketing efforts.
